飞行员海上弹射跳伞致伤2例分析 被引量:3

摘要 机械故障是飞行员紧急跳伞的主要原因。自1944年德国空军飞行员首次使用弹射跳伞方式成功逃生以来,弹射跳伞已拯救上万名飞行员的生命,但弹射伤(ejection injury)的发生率仍高达50%~90%。本文报道两名飞行员紧急弹射跳伞致伤的救治经验,并分析其可能的致伤机制。
