摘要 根据车体柔性件并联装配的特点 ,提出了点焊焊接装配的准稳态假设 ,并在线弹性分析并联装配及装配回弹的基础上建立了并联装配的装配误差数学模型 .应用弹性力学原理从数学上证明了 Takezawa推论 。 Based on the parallel assembly process of multi-flexible parts in auto-body and the assumption of quasi-stable spot welding assembly, the elastic analysis of assembly springback was proposed and the mathematical variation model of parallel assembly was developed. The deduction of Takezawa proposed in 1980 was demonstrated theoretically by linear mechanic principle. A numerical analysis of a parallel assembly case was given.
