装载阿霉素的DC—Beads经导管化疗栓塞治疗不可切除性原发性肝癌的初步经验 被引量:18

摘要 经导管化疗栓塞(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)是目前治疗中晚期肝癌的主要方法,传统TACE的栓塞材料为碘油.抗肿瘤药物混合乳剂,在临床上已应用30余年历史,但由于各家医院采用的方案不统一,影响了其作为肝癌标准治疗手段的进一步推广。
