凝聚素与肿瘤的关系 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤的发生和发展是在多种因素作用下,正常细胞恶性转化的过程.随着对肿瘤研究的深入、细胞凋亡概念的引入,凋亡相关因子的研究成了热点.凋亡促进因子和凋亡抑制因子的共同调节,对人体细胞保持正常形态以及保持内环境稳态都十分重要,而凋亡的异常与肿瘤的发生、药物耐受的产生都密切相关.研究表明,细胞正常凋亡机制的破坏是由于凋亡相关蛋白的异常表达或突变引起的,细胞的凋亡过程受到干扰将使细胞无限增殖或积累突变,促使肿瘤的发生.因此肿瘤不仅是细胞增殖和分化异常的疾病,同时也是凋亡异常的疾病.凝聚素是与细胞的凋亡机制十分相关的因子.
