以重庆市地价指数为研究对象 ,分析它的动态变化特点 ,并在与其它物价指数对比分析的基础上 ,找出了地价指数的动态变化机制 ,从而论证了该指数的科学性 ,最后运用趋势法 ,并结合定性研究 ,预测出未来

Taking land price index of Chongqing municipality as the object, this paper analyzes its dynamic feature in every period. On the base of comparative analysis with other price index , it studies the changing principle of land price index, and demonstrates the scientificalness of the index. Finally, it predicts the land price index in next three years with the quantitative and qualitative methods.
