热毒宁注射液用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染中早期退热的临床观察

Clinical observation of reduning injection in children with acute respiratory infections for early fever

目的观察热毒宁注射液用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染中早期退热的治疗效果。方法将292例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者随机分为试验组和对照组各146例。2组均采用对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组使用病毒唑注射液治疗;试验组使用热毒宁注射液治疗。治疗后观察2组临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为98.6%高于对照组的90.4%,退热时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染中早期退热,治疗效果较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of reduning injection for children with acute respiratory infection in early antipyretic. Methods 292 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 146 cases. Two groups were given with symptomatic treatment,on this basis,control group used ribavirin injection treatment; experimental group used reduning injection. Observed the clinical efficacy and antipyretic effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98. 6% higher than 90. 4% of control group,the fever clearance time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of reduning injection for acute respiratory infections in children with fever early is better,with fewer adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
