摘要
应用 3 2 P示踪研究了不同磷水平番红花植株中磷的动态变化 .结果表明 :不同磷水平的番红花植株吸收磷的总量与相应所施磷量基本上呈倍数关系 ,低于Hangland营养液磷水平处理的植株处于磷饥饿状态 ;地上部磷含量与地下部磷含量的比值也随磷水平的降低而下降 ;随磷水平的下降 ,植株地上、地下部干质量降低 ,单株生物量减少 。
Using 32 P tracer technology,this paper studies the dynamic variation of phosphorus in different phosphorus levels of Ccrocus sativus L. Plants.The results show as the following. (1) The total amounts of phosphorus in different phosphorus levels plants and its corresponding supplying amounts of phosphorus show the double relationship. The plants under the treamont of 1 P are in the state of phosphorus insufficiency;\;(2) With the reducement of phosphorus levels, the radio between phosphorus of under ground and surface decrease;\;(3) Under the condition of low phosphorus, the dry wight of surface and under ground plants decrease,and the growth of single plant biomass slows down, which affects the growth and quality of new coms of Crocus sativus L. As a result.
