赠受卵双方临床结局的影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨受卵体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)赠、受卵双方的治疗结局和影响因素。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年6月期间在我院行受卵冻融胚胎移植受卵的91例患者与90例赠卵者体外受精(IVF)助孕的妊娠结局。结果 91例受卵患者受卵共行97个解冻胚胎移植周期,平均每例受卵6.57枚,其中9例患者行2次解冻移植,妊娠率为58.75%,累计妊娠率为65.93%。90例赠卵患者完成72个新鲜胚胎移植周期和37个解冻移植周期,妊娠率分别为54.17%;37个解冻移植周期,妊娠率为和64.86%,累积妊娠率为77.78%。赠、受双方的受精率、可利用胚胎率、每周期的妊娠率、累积妊娠率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论受卵IVF-ET是治疗卵巢早衰、染色体异常等不能生育健康子代妇女的有效方法。赠卵者提供6个左右的卵母细胞既不影响其自身的妊娠结局,也能为受卵者提供一个良好的妊娠机会。 Objective. To compare the clinical outcomes between eggs donors and recipients, and explore the influencing factors. Methods. The clinical outcomes of 91 patients received eggs and 90 patients donated eggs from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2011were analyzed retrospectively. Results. Ninety one patients received eggs were transferred frozen embryos in 97 cycles, and the average number of eggs received is 6.57. Among them, 9 patients received two transferred cycles respectively. The clinical pregnancy rate per cycle is 58.75% ,and cumulative pregnancy rate is 65.93%. Among 90 patients donated eggs,the clinical pregnancy rate per cycle was 54.17% in 72 fresh embryo transfer cycles, and 64.86% in 37 frozen embryos transfer cycles. The cumulative pregnancy rate was 77.78%. The fertilizing rate, embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate per cycle and cumulative pregnancy rate had no significant difference between the eggs donors and recipients(P〉0.05). Conclusions. Donor egg IVF-ET is an effective method for the treatment of women who are unable to produce eggs due to poor ovarian function. Donating about five eggs do not affect their pregnancy outcome. They can also provide a good pregnancy opportunity for egg receipt.
