7例交界性卵巢肿瘤术后患者体外受精-胚胎移植治疗及结局 被引量：6

摘要 2003年1月至2013年7月在本院生殖医学研究所接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的交界性卵巢肿瘤(BOTs)病史的患者共7例。所有患者均进行了保留生育功能的手术治疗。7名患者共行IVF-ET助孕20周期,促排卵包括常规方案、微刺激方案、自然周期;因未回收到卵母细胞、无可利用胚胎取消5周期,因子宫内膜异常行全胚胎冷冻4周期;新鲜周期胚胎移植11周期,妊娠率为36.36%(4/11),冻融胚胎移植6周期,妊娠率为50%(3/6),累积妊娠率为41.17%(7/17);7个妊娠周期中1周期早孕流产,1周期双胎妊娠6个月早产,4周期足月分娩,共分娩4名婴儿,均发育正常,尚有1例中期妊娠。7例患者的平均随访时间(3.5±2.1)年,从首次IVF-ET助孕时间至最后随访时间,均无肿瘤复发。
