摘要
患者男，51岁，因间歇性心悸、恶心但无呕吐3d就诊。患者既往无高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症和冠心病病史，无胸痛和大量饮酒史，但有吸烟史（平均10支／d，20年）。心电图示室性心动过速，UCG示左心室扩大、室壁收缩弥漫性减低，
