人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

Hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of elderly displaced fractures of the femoral neck

目的：探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对29例高龄股骨颈骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换术治疗。根据Harris评分和X线评估临床疗效。结果29例均获随访，时间12～24（18±4）个月，患者髋关节功能恢复好，未发现髋内翻、感染、脱位。髋关节功能Harris评分：优22例，良7例。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折，患者术后可早期下地负重行走，提高生活质量，疗效满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of elderly displaced frac-tures of the femoral neck.Methods Hemiarthroplasty were used to treat 29 cases of elderly displaced fractures of the femoral neck.Harris Hip Score and X-ray radiography were used to evaluate the clinical efficiency.Results 29 patients were followed up for 12~24（18 ±4）months.The hip joint function recovered well in those patients,no var-us,infection,dislocation was found.According to the criteria of Harris,the results were excellent in 22 cases,and good in 7.Conclusions Hemiarthroplasty is effective for elderly displaced fractures of the femoral neck,which can improve their quality of life,get the early postoperative weight-bearing and efficacy satisfaction.
