手术治疗儿童习惯性髌骨脱位

Operative treatment for recurrent patellar dislocation on children patients

目的探讨手术治疗儿童髌骨习惯性脱位的方法和疗效。方法采用髌骨外侧支持带广泛松解、内侧关节囊紧缩、股内侧肌移位及半侧髌腱内移的联合软组织手术治疗36例习惯性髌骨脱位患儿共45膝。结果 36例均获得随访,时间10个月~6年10个月。疗效根据患儿主观满意程度、常规膝关节检查和体育运动的能力三方面评估:优28例,良7例,差1例。结论联合软组织手术是治疗儿童习惯性髌骨脱位的有效方法。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and management of operative treatment for recurrent patellar dislo-cation on children patients.Methods 36 patients （45 knees）underwent combined surgery of soft tissue including releasing lateral ligament of the patellar adequately,tightening medial articular capsule,shifting medial vastus muscle and medial transfer of half patellar tendon.Results 36 cases had been followed up for 10 months^6 years and 10 months.To assess operative treatments according to the following three aspects：patient satisfaction,routine knee joint examination and physical ability.Of all 36 patients,28 cases were excellent,7 good and 1 poor.Conclusions Combined surgery is an effective method for recurrent patellar dislocation in children.
