肱骨旋入钉治疗肱骨干骨折

The clinical outcomes of screwing-type intramedullary nail treating humeral shaft fractures

摘要 目的:探讨肱骨旋入钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用有限切开复位肱骨旋入钉固定治疗32例肱骨干骨折患者。结果32例均获得随访,时间12~24个月。患者均骨性愈合,愈合时间为4~8个月。肩关节功能按Neer评分标准评定:优19例,良10例,可3例,优良率为90.6%。结论肱骨旋入钉内固定技术操作简单、手术时间短、手术损伤小、并发症少,是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of screwing-type intramedullary nail for humeral shaft frac-tures.Methods 32 patients of humeral shaft fractures with internal fixation using screwing-type intramedullary nail were enrolled.Results All patients were followed up ranged from 12 to 24 months.All the fractures healed within 4~8 months,and no complications were found.According to Neer scoring system,functional of shoulder of all pa-tients were excellent in 19 cases,good in 10,and fair in 3 and the excellent and good rate was 90.6%.Conclusions Screwing-type intramedullary nail for humeral shaft fractures has the advantages of easy operating,short operating time,mini-injury and fewer complications,which is an effective method for humeral shaft fractures.
