摘要
以L -谷氨酸钠为起始原料 ,经L -谷氨酸二乙酯 ,合成了三种 (S) - 5-氧代 - 2-四氢吡咯甲酰胺及其N -取代物 ,再分别用四氢铝锂还原 ,获得了三种 (S) - 2 -氨甲基四氢吡咯及其N -取代物 .测定了它们的比旋光度 .
Three (S)_5_oxo_2_pyrrolidinecarboxamide and its N_substituted compounds (2 a～c ) were prepared from sodium L_glutamate, via diethyl L_glutamate. Three (S)_2_aminomethyl pyrrolidine and its N_substituted compounds (1 a～c ) were obtained from 2 a～c reduced by LAH respectively. The specific rotatory power of 2 a～c and 1 a～c were determined.
