摘要
本文提出机电仪一体化智能产品传感器的非线性、温度特性和不连续性的计算机处理方法。它可以使传统的变送电路大幅度简化,从而提高其可靠性、精确度和实用性。并将形成机电仪一体化智能产品新的标准规范。文中以铂电阻温度传感器为例,论述了多项式插值的具体方法。
A point of view about computer date processing of the nonlinear, temperature and nonsepuential characteristic of sensor is put forward. By means of it, the tranditional way of transferring circuits can be greatly simplified so that the reliability and accuracy can be improved. It can be predicted that this point of view will form the new standard of machinery-electronics unitization products. An example about temperature sensor of platinum resistance is given to show the details of polynomial interpolation.
