白头翁汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征60例观察

Clinical Observation on Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated by Wingflower Decoction

目的:观察白头翁汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:100例随机分为两组。治疗组60例用白头翁汤保留灌肠,对照组40例,用奥替溴铵口服,14天为一疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组91.7%,对照组75.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:白头翁汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果较好。

Objective： Discussion and Research on the effect of Pulsatilla decoction treating diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Method： 100 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients who meet theselection criteria were randomly divided into the enema group and oral group of otilonium bromide.The enema group 60 cases using traditional Chinese medicine decoction Pulsatilla Decoction retention enema; Otilonium bromide of 40 cases of oral group, 14 days are 1 treatment course.Results： Enema group total effectiveness is 91.6%, Oral group total effectiveness is 75%, There were significant differences between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Pulsatilla Decoction in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome than otilonium bromide oral group has certain advantages.
