摘要
目的:观察针刀治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的经验。方法:79例用针刀疗法治疗。结果:痊愈70例,占88.6%;显效8例,占10.1%;无效1例,占1.3%;总有效率98.7%。结论:针刀治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征是操作安全、简便、疗效肯定、易于推广的治疗方法。
Objective ： To summarize the experience of the treatment of superior Clunial Nerve Entrapment syndrome. Methods： the needle-knife therapy.Resuhs： the treatment of 79 cases, 70 cases were cured, accounting for 88.6%; effective in 8 cases, accounting for 10.1%; 1 cases were ineffective, accounted for 1.3%, the total effective rate was 98.7%.Conclusion： acupuncture therapy of superior Clunial Nerve Entrapment Syndrome is a safe, simple, efficacy, easy treatment method.
