电针刺联合海特光治疗原发性青春期痛经疗效观察

目的:观察电针刺联合海特光治疗原发性青春期痛经临床疗效。方法:105例患者随机分为两组,治疗组53例采用电针刺联合海特光治疗,对照组52例单用电针刺治疗,均在月经来潮前3天开始治疗,至经净停止,每天1次,10次为一疗程,连续3个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组96.2%,对照组82.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺联合海特光治疗原发性青春期痛经疗效优于单用电针刺治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of Hydrosun TM and electric acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea puberty.Methods ： 105 patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were 53 case in the treatment group, which were undergo the combination therapy of Hydrosun TM and electric acupuncture.While, another 52 cases in control group were accepted electric acupuncture treatment.All the patients were received treatment from the three days before menstruation to the end of menstruation period.1 times a day, 10 times for 1 course of treatment, and total for 3 courses.Therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results ： The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.2%, and 82.7% in the control group.It prompted that treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Combination therapy of Hydrosun TM and electric acupuncture can bring more remarkable therapeutic effects in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea puberty than pure electric acupuncture treatment.
