Structure and Implementation of a Large Aircraft Special Process Quality Control System

大型运输机由多家机体承制商共同参与研制生产,其中涉及到许多特种工艺项目。而各机体承制商由于硬件设施、组织结构和管理机制不同等原因造成了特种工艺控制方式和方法各自迥异,会对特种工艺过程运行质量和产品交付质量造成潜在威胁。本文运用管理体系理论方法,通过构建与实施某型机特种工艺质量控制体系,统筹规范某型机整体特种工艺质量控制工作,保证了产品交付质量的一致性与可靠性。

A large aircraft is manufactured by a number of airframe manufacturers, covering many special pro-cess projects. The differences of hardware facilities, organizational structure and management mechanism of the airframe manufacturers result in differences in the way and the method of special process control, which can lead to potential threats to working quality and product quality during special processes. This paper, based on theories in the domain of management, by building and implementing the special process quality control system, makes a gen-eral plan of the whole special process quality control of a model aircraft, which can ensure the consistency and reli-ability of product delivery quality.
