摘要
本文结合国家知识产权保护的相关法律政策以及农产品地理标志专项工作的实践经验,阐述了保护农产品地理标志的有效途径和现实意义。
Based on relevant legal policy of the national intellectual property protection and the practical working experience of special geographical indications of agricultural products, this paper elaborates effective ap-proaches and realistic significances of the protection of agricultural product geographical indications.
