摘要
稀土超磁致伸缩材料TbDyFe合金具有应变大、响应快、输出力大等优良特性,它的应用开发已成为当前的研究热点。本论文研究的是基于该材料的一种新型流量阀,以稀土TbDyFe合金材料为驱动源,对流量阀结构进行优化设计,可以提高阀的流量控制精度。
Giant Magnetostrictive Material TbDyFe alloy has many features such as large strain, fast response, out-put force and etc., making its application development a research hotspot. This paper researches a novel flow valve based on the material, by using rare earth alloy materials TbDyFe as driving source, optimizing the structure of the flow valve design to improve the accuracy of the flow control valve.
