摘要
目前临床上采用的颅内压监测方法都属于有创的,有创颅内压监测虽然比较精确却对患者身体有损伤,因此需要大力发展无创颅内压监测方法。自从1980年以来陆续出现了各种无创颅内压监测方法,但远未能达到临床应用的地步。本文总结了目前无创颅内压监测方法的研究内容、进展,分析了各种方法各自的优缺点,并对无创颅内压监测的发展方向提出了展望。
At present, the monitoring methods fwor intracranial pressure adopted in clinical practice are almost all in- vasive. The invasive monitoring methods for intracranial pressure were accurate, but they were harmful to the pa- tient's body. Therefore, non-invasive methods for intracranial pressure monitoring must be developed. Since 1980, many non-invasive methods have been sprung out in succession, but they can not be used clinically. In this paper, re- search contents and progress of present non-invasive intracranial pressure monitoring are summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of various ways are analyzed. And finally, perspectives of development for intracranial pressure monitoring are presented.
