摘要 几何精度是数控机床的重要性能指标,基于激光测量原理的'九线法'是几何误差溯源最常用的手段。系统分析'九线法'在应用中存在的三类问题,并对其做出改进,建立新型几何误差辨识模型,该模型可有效提高误差辨识结果的稳定性,且该模型可实现运动副制造安装误差的溯源,以指导机床装配与精度设计。同时,针对传统九线法滚转角误差辨识中存在原理性偏差的问题,提出一种试验修正方法,以提高滚转角误差的辨识精度。计算机仿真和试验结果表明,所述理论与方法可以更加有效地实现数控机床几何误差的溯源。 Geometric accuracy is an important performance criterion for NC machine tools, and the 9-line method based on laser measuring technology is widely used for error tracing. Three kinds of application problems of the traditional 9-line method are analyzed, and a new geometric error identification model is established by modifying the traditional method. The new model can improve the stability of identification results effectively, and make it possible that the manufacturing and assembly errors of the joints can be traced. Moreover, since the traditional 9-tine method has principle errors in roll angle's identification, an experiment-based method is proposed to eliminate the principle errors. The effectiveness of these approaches are verified by both computational and experimental results.
