糖尿病痛性周围神经病变 被引量：6

摘要 糖尿病痛性周围神经病变又称糖尿病周围神经病理性疼痛，是一种由周围神经功能障碍或病变引起的疼痛。包括糖尿病神经痛和神经病。糖尿病神经痛是受累的感觉神经分布区发生疼痛，而神经传导功能正常，神经主质无明显变化，如三叉神经痛。
