KLF4的结构、功能及其与癌症的关系 被引量：2

摘要 Krüppel样因子（Krüppel-like factor,KLF）是人类组织中广泛表达的锌指型转录因子,由Shields等[1]于1996年在小鼠中发现,因其与黑腹果蝇的分节蛋白Krüppel的DNA结合序列具有同源性故而得名.KLF蛋白在许多不同的生理活动包括细胞增殖、生长、分化和正常组织稳态的维持中具有重要作用.其中KLF4在不同的肿瘤组织中可以通过与不同的靶基因作用,发挥癌基因或者抑癌基因两种完全相反的功能,在结肠癌、胃癌、皮肤癌、膀胱癌、肝癌中均发现KLF4表达降低,而在原发性乳腺导管癌、口腔鳞癌中KLF4表达升高[2-4].虽然在不同肿瘤中研究KLF4功能的结果不同,但都指出KLF4在肿瘤的发生与发展中具有重要作用.
