阐述了基于互连网络的桥梁设计资源管理是继CAD之后 ,进一步改善设计方法和提高设计效率的有效手段 ,是桥梁工程计算机技术应用的新课题 .介绍了设计资源管理系统的功能、系统结构和支撑平台的选择 .

This paper dissertates that the bridge engineering design resources management system with internet enabled is an effective way to improve the design methodology and efficiency after the employment of CAD technology,therefore,it will be a new topic of computer application to bridge engineering.This paper also gives the definitions of system functions,system architecture and the platform,and introduces the key techniques to implement the management system on the basis of the web services.
