嗅黏膜间充质干细胞在神经修复中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 嗅黏膜间充质干细胞(olfactory mucosa mesenchymal stem cells,OM-MSCs)是一类存在于嗅黏膜的多分化潜能的干细胞,在一定的体外条件下可分化为成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、平滑肌肌细胞、神经细胞等,且易于取材,可自体移植,无免疫排斥反应,无伦理道德问题,为神经系统疾病治疗提供了新的细胞来源,可在神经修复和功能重建中发挥治疗作用。
