血管周细胞与间充质干细胞关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 周细胞是微血管的重要组成部分,参与血流调节、血管生成和免疫防御等。近年来,越来越多的研究表明周细胞在细胞表型、分化能力等方面与间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有相似性。血管周细胞与MSCs一样在特定条件下可分化为软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、平滑肌细胞等,这使其在组织修复和再生方面有着广阔的应用前景。本文就周细胞的生物学特征、与间充质干细胞的关系的进展作一综述。
