“微时代”涉检网络舆情的应对与处置

Disposal and Response to Network Public Opinion on Procuratorate at Macro Age

党的十八大报告提出要加强舆论监督,加强和改进网络内容建设,唱响网上主旋律。近年来,随着新兴媒体的快速发展,涉检网络舆情日益高涨,涉检网络舆情处置也成为检察宣传工作的重要内容之一,全国各级检察机关都高度重视涉检网络舆情,把网络作为检察宣传的重要阵地,不少检察机关也提出了应对网络舆情的对策和措施。本文从传播学的视角和微观的引导技巧层面对涉检网络舆情的处置提出了一些建议,同时对法治社会与新媒体监督的关系也有所涉及。

The 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China offered to strengthen supervision by public opinion,to strengthen and improve the construction of Web content,and to chorus the main theme on the Internet. In recent years,with the development of media and close attention of network public opinion on procuratoriate,disposal of network public opinion has become one of the im- portant works of procuratoriate.Procuratorates at all levels have attached great importance to network public opinion and viewed it as an important position in the procuratoriate advocacy.Some even raised measures and countermeasures to response Internet public opinion.From the perspective of communication ,this article discuss some elementary knowledge of micro-guided skill to disposal of network public opinion, and cover on the relationship between rule of law and new media monitoring.
