摘要
本文在介绍案例教学法的兴起与发展的基础上,对我国在法学本科教育中吸收借鉴案例教学法的实践进行了反思。认为我国的法学本科案例教学在案例教材、适用范围、具体操作上均存在问题,须从案例教材的目标定位,案例教学法的地位,案例教学法的精髓等方面,来探索案例教学法在我国法学本科教育中的完善路径。
This article introduces the emergence and development of case method,and thinking the practice of case method on law science undergraduate education in China.This article thinks that Bachelor of law case teaching in China has some problems,such as casebooks,range of application,the specific steps,and so on.Aeeording to the article must be from the goal of easebooks,the sta- tus of the ease method,the essence of ease method,ere,to explore the perfect path of ease method of the undergraduate education of law in China.
