摘要
介绍了计算机辅助公差分析的发展过程及研究现状。分析了低压电器产品的两大参数——开距和超程的计算机辅助公差设计,模拟了产品实物装配,得到了开距和超程的合格率和尺寸贡献度。在现有加工能力的基础上,制定了合理的优化设计方案,有效地提高了产品的合格率。
This paper introduced the development process and researched status of computer-aided tolerance analysis. The two major parameters of open distance and overrun of low voltage electrical apparatus were dealt with computer-aided tolerance analysis. The real product physical assembly was simulated, then the qualified rate and the size of contribution degree of open distance and overrun were gotten. And the reasonable optimization design scheme on the existing processing capacity was made.
