摘要
根据产品的测试技术要求,针对电涌保护器(SPD)的性能特点,设计了一套SPD短路电流耐受能力及续流遮断能力测试系统。该系统能提供AC 110~880 V,300 A^25 kA的试验电流,并可以模拟120 kA的电涌电流,同步和控制模拟雷电波与电源电流合闸的投入角度,主要针对SPD的短路电流耐受能力和续流遮断能力的测试。
A kind of short-circuit and freewheeling testing system of surge protective device (SPD) was desiged. This system can provide the short-circuit current of 300 A - 25 kA under AC 110 - 880 V and to 60 kA surge current. The switching and coupling angle of short-circuit current and surge current can be controlled. This system is mainly used for the short-circuit current withstand and freewheeling extinction capability test of SPD.
