介绍了一种基于高速摄像机和虚拟仪器的电器动态测试系统。该系统运用高速摄像机拍摄电磁机构的动态过程,在LabView构建的虚拟仪器平台上,运用图像处理技术对其动态过程进行处理与分析,通过提取衔铁和触头运动过程中标记点的坐标,绘制了电磁机构动态位移曲线,并用专业的图像处理软件Image-Pro Plus,验证了其特性曲线的正确性。
A system based on high-speed camera and the virtual instrumentation was introduced. The high- speed camera captures the dynamic processing of the equipment, then the coordinates and the curves of the key point are obtained after the image processing. Finally, using the professional image processing software called Image-Pro Plus, the correctness of the characteristic curve is verified.
