摘要 为研究车辆车轮踏面擦伤的动态检测及识别方法,建立车辆轨道耦合动力学模型及车轮擦伤模型,计算车辆动态响应;通过改进的经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)、Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)分析方法研究正常车轮与擦伤车轮引起的轴箱垂向振动特征,对比不同深度、长度车轮擦伤的Hilbert谱间差异及车辆运行速度对Hilbert谱影响;用小波包(Wavelet Package,WP)变换对擦伤程度定量判断。研究结果表明,该方法能有效对车轮踏面擦伤进行识别,且不受车速影响。 In order to study the dynamic detection and identification method of wheel tread fiat of a railway vehicle, a vehicle-track coupled dynamic model and a wheel fiat model were set up firstly to calculate the vehicle dynamic response. And then, the axle-box vertical vibration characteristics created by a normal wheel and a wheel with fiat, respectively were studied using the improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert-Huang transformation (HHT). Hilbert spectral differences between different depth and length wheel fiats were compared and the influence of running speed on Hilbert spectrum was analyzed. Finally, the abrasion level was judged quantitatively with wavelet package (WP) transformation. The results showed that the proposed method can effectively identify wheel tread flat and the running speed has no effect on this method.
