摘要
系统地阐明机械能守恒定律无条件服从力学相对性原理 .总机械能如果在一个惯性系守恒 。
It is explained that the law of conservation of mechanical energy obeys relativity principle of mechanics.If the mechanical energy does not change in an inertial system,then it is also constant in any reference frame.
