摘要
将实验后的金 /正 1 8硫醇 -卵磷脂 ( Au supported octadecanethiol-phosphatidylcholine,Au/ODT-PC)双层膜用无水乙醇冲洗并浸泡数小时后以除去卵磷脂 ( phosphatidylcholine,PC)层 .电化学研究表明 ,这样重新得到的金 /硫醇 ( Au supported octadecanethiol,Au/ODT)单层膜与用自组装法新制备的 Au/ODT单层膜具有相同的循环伏安和交流阻抗性质 ,而且仍保持着其原来的完整性 。
In order to reduce the consumption of gold in the process of fabricating Au supported octadecanethiol phosphatidylcholine(Au/ODT PC)bilayers,we reuse the Au/ODT monolayers that are obtained by removing PC monolayers from Au/ODT PC bilayers.The removing procedures are as follows:Au/ODT PC bilayers are firstly rinsed with absolute alcohol and then immersed in it for hours.The blocking and structural properties of the recycled Au/ODT monolayers are characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).CV and EIS results show that the recycled Au/ODT monolayers have the same CV and EIS behaviors as the newly prepared Au/ODT monolayers,indicating that the abovementioned method of obtaining recycled Au/ODT monolayers is reliable.However,as the recycling times increase, the blocking property of Au/ODT monolayers becomes poor.According to CV and EIS results,Au/ODT monolayers can be used three times at maximun.
