当前，国务院在宣布金融支持实体经济发展的诸多措施中，明确表示要逐步推进信贷资产证券化常规化发展。票据作为银行优质资产之一，其资产证券化各项条件也趋于成熟。文章在对票据资产证券化意义、难点进行分析的基础上，就如何进一步夯实票据资产证券化发展基础、加快票据资产证券化试点工作进行深入思考，并提出相关建议。

In the State Council＇s various measures for providing financial support to the development of the real economy, a conventional development of credit asset securitization is mentioned and will be gradually promoted. The conditions for asset securitization of commercial paper, one of the high quality assets in banks, are mature. Based on an analysis of the significance and difficulty in commercial paper securitization, the article gives an in-depth study about further underpinning the basis for the development and accelerating the pilot project of commercial paper securitization, and then provides relevant suggestions.
