中国15～59岁人群乙型肝炎病毒感染易感性分析

Analysis on susceptibility of hepatitis B virus infection among population aged between 15 and 59 in China

目的分析中国15～59岁人群乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)易感性,为制定成人免疫策略提供参考。方法利用3次全国人群乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)血清流行病学调查结果,对15～59岁人群HBV感染情况进行描述性分析。结果 1979-2006年15～59岁人群HBV感染及暴露水平未发生明显变化,保护性抗体水平升高明显,人群易感性依然维持在37.97%。结论我国15～59岁人群HBV易感性较高,各年龄组普遍易感,存在发生HBV感染的潜在风险,需制定、实施成人乙肝疫苗免疫策略。

Objective To analyze the susceptibility of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection among population aged between 15 and 59 in China, and provide evidence for making adult immunization policy. Methods Descriptive analysis was used for popu- lation aged 15--59 years on HBV infection by using data of national sero-epidemiological study of HBV conducted in 1979,1992 and 2006 respectively. Results From 1979 to 2006,there was no obvious change of HBV infection and exposure rates among population aged between 15 and 59 and the susceptibility of HBV maintained at 37.97 %. However,the level of protective anti- bodies increased significantly. Conclusion The susceptibility of HBV among population aged between 15 and 59 remained at high level. Meanwhile,all age groups were generally to be susceptible ,indicating potential risk of HBV infection. So it is ur- gent to make adult immunization policy on Hepatitis B vaccination.
