随着网络新技术、新设备的应用,网络结构正变得日趋复杂,网络故障的诊断与排除难度也不断增大。本文归纳了网络故障的分类和表现形式,提出了故障诊断的基本步骤,详细介绍了几种常用的故障排除方法,结合实际对网络管理人员做好故障排查工作提出了一些建议。

With the advent of new technologies and the use of new network devices whose structure has become more complex, it would be difficult to make a diagnosis to network failures and troubleshoot. This document is a summary in different types of network failures and forms of its presentation by providing a fundamental step for the diagnosis of malfunction. It also describes in detail several methods in common in terms of troubleshooting and provides guidance for the management of staff to follow the work of troubleshooting, taking into account the reality of the network.
