Establishment of Land Use Planning Database in Jiangsu Province and Application Technology

土地利用总体规划数据库建设是新一轮土地利用总体规划修编和国土资源"一张图"建设的基本要求。本文系统地介绍江苏省市、县、乡(镇)级土地利用总体规划数据库建设所需的数据标准、建库规范、数据建库、质量检查、数据库汇交和规划管理信息系统的开发与应用等技术研究成果,可为国土资源数据库建设和应用提供借鉴。

The creation of a database in terms of planning land use was a prerequisite to proceed in a new round of review on behalf of the planning of land use and construction of the ＂ map land resources of the nation＂. This document has been specifically explained by searching the state of technique related to data standards and specifications for the implementation of data, quality control and consolidation of databases, and also to the planning and management information system development and application, which are necessary to build a database in terms of planning of land use in the province of Jiangsu, in the city, county and township; they could be a reference to facility of the database on behalf of the country＇s land resources.
