Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+δ)正常态霍尔系数的理论分析

A Theoretical Research of Hall Coefficient in the Normal State of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+δ)

以基于高温超导体双成分模型的近局域对理论分析Bi2 Sr2 CaCu2 O8+δ正常态霍尔系数的温度行为 ,得到与实验相符的结果。指出赝隙随温度降低的不断加深导致了霍尔系数在比Tc 略高的温度出现正的极大值 。

Using the formula of the nearly local pair model,based on the two\|component model of high\| T c superconductivity,we have studied temperature\|dependent phenomena of Hall coefficient in the normal state of Bi\-2Sr\-2CaCu\-2O 8+δ ,and got the results consistent with the experiments.It is argued that the successive deepening of pseudogap with decreasing temperature leads to that Hall coefficient attains to a positive maximum at the temperature a little higher than T c,and the maximum corresponds about the bottom of pseudogap depth changing with temperature.
