The hypothesis that the mutual action between matter and antimatter may be “universal repulsion” has been put forward at first.Mean while,the hypothesis about the symmentry of matter antimatter world has also been put forward.An experimental scheme to test the existence of “universal repulsion” has been offered,and the possible distribution of both matter and antimatter in the universe has been also offered.Such concepts as virtual mass,virtual energy and virtual momentum are used,and that the passing of time is a form of motion has pointed out.
