摘要
本文给出圆壳式半导体器件管壳温度分布稳态数值计算模型、计算方法及计算程序,按国家标准进行温度试验得到器件管壳温度分布的计算结果。
This article provides a calculating model, method and programme for steady temperature distribution of circular case semiconductor device.The calculating results of circular case temperature distribution were obtained from the temperature test according to the national standard of China.
