摘要
根据笔者此前所建立的数学物理模型 ,在不同的冷凝换热温差下 ,进行了蒸汽压力对小螺旋角内外螺旋翅片管强化传热特性影响的模拟研究 .结果表明 ,小螺旋角内外螺旋翅片管的冷凝换热系数在蒸汽压力为 0 .6 5MPa时有最大值 ,且其强化传热效果主要取决于冷凝换热强度 ,而受蒸汽压力的影响较小 .因此 ,对于蒸汽压力变化范围较大的电站回热加热器的强化传热 ,小螺旋角内外螺旋翅片管有明显的优点 .
Based on the mathematics physics model established before, a simulation study about the effect of vapor pressure on the heat transfer enhancement performance of the inside and outside triangle finned tube with small spiral angles has been carried out under the condition of various condensation heat_transfer differences in temperature. The simulation results show that when the vapor pressure is 0.65 MPa, the condensation heat_transfer coefficient of the tube reaches its maximum, and its enhancement effect mainly relies on condensation intension, while the variation of vapor pressure has little effect on it. Therefore, when the inside and outside triangle finned tube with small spiral angles is used in the preheater under the condition of bigger pressure diversification in the power station, it shows obvious advantages.
