摘要
目的探讨高频辐射对SD大鼠海马区血脑屏障通透性的影响及中药参力胶囊防护作用研究。方法鼠龄8周的健康雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分成4组:对照组、辐照组、低剂量组、高剂量组进行高强度大剂量的定位辐照,照射前按不同剂量给药7d,辐照后观察其不同时间点(6 h、24 h)4组动物模型血脑屏障通透性的变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠行动迟缓,对各种刺激反应迟钝。模型组在TEM下可见TJ间隙明显增宽,硝酸镧颗粒主要沉积在毛细血管内皮细胞(BCECs)紧密连接(TJ)处,少量镧颗粒穿过TJ处。星形胶质细胞周围亦见少量镧颗粒沉积。药物防护组在TEM下可见硝酸镧颗粒主要沉积在基膜外侧,未穿过TJ处。星形胶质细胞周围亦未见有镧颗粒沉积。结论高频电磁辐射能够使大鼠血脑屏障通透性显著增加,对大鼠海马区产生一定损伤,中药参力胶囊具有较好的防护效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency radiation on the BBB of hippocampus of SD rat and the protective effect of ShenLi capsule. Methods Eighty healthy male SD rats aged 8 weeks, were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, irradiation group, low dose group, high dose group, according to the different dose medicine rats for 7d before irradiation, After irradiation to observe changes in the different time points (6h, 24h) on the BBB of permeability of 4 groups. Results Compared with the normal control group, model group rats were slow to act, all unresponsive to stimulation. In the model group TEM showed TJ significantly widened gap, lanthanum nitrate particles deposited mainly in the BCECs TJ, a small amount of lanthanum particles through TJ. Astrocytes also see a small amount of lanthanum particles deposition. Drug prevention group under the TEM visible lanthanum nitrate particles deposited mainly in the basal lateral, not through TJ. No lanthanum particles deposition surrounding astrocytes. Conclusions High frequency electromagnetic radiation can increase the permeability in the BBB of rats; can injure hippocampus. Shenli capsule has a better protective effect.
