不同浓度多酶清洗剂对手术器械清洗的效果

Effects of different concentrations of multi-enzyme detergent for cleaning surgical instruments

目的比较不同浓度的多酶洗剂对手术器械进行清洗的效果。方法将我院手术室染有血迹的366把手术器械平均分为三组,分别为A组122把采用1∶500的多酶洗剂清洗,B组122把采用1∶450的多酶洗剂清洗,C组122把采用1∶400的多酶洗剂清洗,比较三组清洗的效果。结果经目测,三组的洁净率分别为91.0%、100%和100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经试纸检测,三组的洁净率分别为68.9%、100%和100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用1∶400或者1∶450的多酶洗剂对手术器械进行清洗可达到良好的清洗效果,从经济角度出发使用1∶450的浓度最为理想。

Objective To observe the effects of different conccntratians of multi-enzyme detergent for cleaning surgcal instruments. Methods 366 surgical instruments were selected and divided into three groups. In group A, 122 instruments were rinsed by 1：500 multi-enzyme detergents and in group B and C were 1：450 and I ： 400 respectively. The effects of the three methods were compared. Results The clean rates of the three groups were 91.0% , 100.0% and I00.0% by 100.0% and 68.9% , 100.0% and 100.0% by test paper respectively. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The using of multi-enzyme detergent 1： 400 or1 ： 450 can achieve good cleaning results. By an economic point, the most ideal concentration is 1： 450.
