社区护理干预在2型糖尿病患者健康行为改善中应用

Clinical applications of community nursing intervention in improving health behaviors for patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨分析社区护理干预在2型糖尿病患者健康行为改善中的应用价值。方法选取本社区160例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察组80例,实施社区护理干预;对照组80例,实施常规护理干预;定期调查统计两组患者对疾病相关知识了解掌握情况,以及血糖达标率、服药依从率、合理运动率以及饮食控制率等健康行为;分析评价社区护理干预的应用价值。结果观察组患者对疾病知识了解度(100%)显著高于对照组(80%),健康行为优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预对2型糖尿病患者自我健康管理行为起到了积极作用,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate clinical application value of community nursing intervention in improving health behaviors for patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 160 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our community were divided into the control group （80）, treated by routine care and the observation group （80）, treated by community nursing intervention. The understanding the disease-related knowledge , the rate of blood glucose, medication adherence rates, rates of reasonable movement, diet control rate and other healthy behaviors of two groups were analyzed. The value of community nursing intervention was analyzed and evaluated. Results The degree of knowledge about the disease of observation group （ 100% ） was significantly higher than that of control group（80% ）, health behaviors of observation group was also better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Community nursing intervention plays a positive role in patients with type 2 diabetes self-health management behavior , can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
