A correlation analysis between late pregnancyoverweight/fat and D-dimmer

目的研究妊娠晚期超重及肥胖对于凝血功能的影响。方法将2013年妊娠者纳入本研究,按照身高和体重测量并计算体重指数(BMI),根据BMI分为对照组、超重组和肥胖组,测定PT、PTINR、APTT、TT、FIB、D-dimmer后进行统计处理及分析。结果与对照组相比,超重组和肥胖组的Ddimmer水平增高。结论超重和肥胖会加重凝血障碍,这种变化可能是增加心血管疾病的主要原因。

Objective To learn the impact of late pregnancy overweight/faton coagulation function. Methods Pregnancy women, takepregnancy testin our hospital in 2013, were included in the study. Measured their height and weight to compute body mass index（ BMI）, and they were divided into control group, overweight group and obesity group according to their BMI. Statistical processing and analysis were taken after measuring theconcentration of PT, PT - INR, APTT, TT, FIB and D - dimmer. Results Compared to the control group, the levels of D - dimmer in overweight group and obesity group were significantly higher. Conclusions Overweight and obesity can aggravate the coagulation function disorders. And this change could be the main reason for the increasing occurrence of cardiovascular.
