耳穴放血配合针刺治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床研究

Treating Insomnia of Phlegm- heat Attacking Internally by Ear Acupoint Bloodletting and Acupuncture

目的:观察耳穴放血配合针刺治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将61名患者随机分为两组。治疗组31例采用放血配合针刺治疗;对照组30例单纯针刺治疗。治疗一疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.6%,对照组为76.7%。两组治疗后中医证候总评分和睡眠效率、日间功能障碍的比较,治疗组低于对照组。结论:在改善中医证候和睡眠效率、日间功能障碍方面,耳穴放血配合针刺效果更佳。

Obj ective：To observe the clinically therapeutic effect on insomnia of phlegm -heat attacking inter-nally by ear acupoint bloodletting and acupuncture .Methods：Sixty -one cases were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n=31 ） and a control group （ n=30 ） .The treatment group was treated by ear acupoint blood-letting and acupuncture ,while the control group was treaded with acupuncture .Assess the clinical therapeutic effects on two groups after one course .Results：The total effective rate was 93.6% （29/31） in the treatment group and 76.7%（23/30）in the control group.After the treatment, the improvements of TCM symptom, sleep efficiency and daytime functional state in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group .Con-clusion：The ear acupoint bloodletting combined with acupuncture is better in the improvement of TCM symp -tom,sleep efficiency and daytime functional state .
