摘要
目的:通过建立符合2型糖尿病发病特点的大鼠模型,运用电针"胃脘下俞"穴的方法对2型糖尿病大鼠进行治疗,验证"胃脘下俞"穴对2型糖尿病的疗效并探讨该穴的作用机制。方法:选用雄性Wistar大鼠,利用高脂高糖饲料喂养4周后将链脲佐菌素(STZ)按35 mg/kg剂量腹腔注射诱导2型糖尿病的大鼠模型。对造模成功的Wistar大鼠采用电针"胃脘下俞"穴进行治疗,每次20 min,每周治疗5次,连续4周。结果:治疗组大鼠血清瘦素水平及空腹血糖值显著下降,接近空白对照组水平,而模型组变化不大。结论:采用电针"胃脘下俞"穴的方法可明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠血清瘦素含量,同时具有明显降糖效果,证明了该穴对2型糖尿病的治疗作用,并通过降低瘦素进行调节的可能机制。本实验对探讨胃脘下俞穴的治疗作用及机制具有一定的临床指导意义。
Objective:By using the electro-acupuncture treatment of “Wei Wan Xia Shu”(EX-B3)for established type 2 diabetes rat models which were characterized with the type 2 diabetes feature , to prove the curative effect of“Wei Wan Xia Shu”(EX-B3) and its effect mechanism .Methods:Male wistar rats were fed with high-fat-diet. After four weeks of dietary manipulation , those rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin at a low dose of 35mg/kg body weight.They were then given electro-acupuncture treatment for 20 minutes, five times a week,for four weeks.Results:Using the method of electro-acupuncture of “Yi-Shu” resulted in reduced contents of leptin in type 2 diabetes rats , which was close to the normal control group .The leptin content in the model group changed little.Conclusion:Adopting the method of electro-acupuncture of “Wei Wan Xia Shu”(EX-B3)can ob-viously lower the contents of leptin in type 2 diabetes rats and its effect on reducing blood sugar is clear , which proves the curative treatment for type 2 diabetes of“Wei Wan Xia Shu”( EX-B3) through the way of reducing lep-tin content .This experiment has a clinical significance for discussing the curative treatment of “Wei Wan Xia Shu”(EX-B3) and its mechanism.
